6 QR Code Types

Generate QR codes for URLs, plain text, email addresses, phone numbers, Wi-Fi networks (WPA/WEP), and vCard contact cards — each with correct protocol encoding.

PNG, WebP & SVG Export

Download your QR code in PNG (lossless), WebP (compressed), or infinitely scalable SVG format. Copy image to clipboard or copy raw SVG markup with one click.

Custom Colors & Error Correction

Pick foreground/background colors from a color picker or preset palettes. Choose error correction levels L, M, Q, or H — use High (30%) when adding a logo overlay.

How to Use the QR Code Generator

All QR code generation runs entirely inside your browser using the open-source qrcode npm library. No data is transmitted to any server at any point.

  1. Select a QR Type: Click one of the six type tabs — URL, Text, Email, Phone, Wi-Fi, or vCard — in the toolbar to switch the input form.
  2. Enter Your Content: Fill in the input field(s). URL inputs are automatically prefixed with https:// if missing. Wi-Fi generates a WIFI: protocol string. vCard produces a standard VCARD 3.0 block.
  3. Adjust Options: Click Options in the toolbar to open the settings panel. Set the output size (100–600 px), quiet-zone margin, error correction level, and custom foreground/background colors.
  4. Choose Export Format: Select PNG, WebP, or SVG from the format dropdown. The QR code updates instantly with every change.
  5. Download or Copy: Click Download to save the file locally. Use Copy Image to write the raster image to your clipboard, or Copy SVG to copy the raw vector markup.
  6. Fullscreen Preview: Hover over the QR code canvas and click the expand icon to enter fullscreen preview mode for easy scanning.

100% Client-Side — Zero Data Transmission

Many online QR generators log your URLs, contact details, and Wi-Fi passwords on their servers. This tool does none of that.

Runs Entirely In-Browser: The qrcode npm library executes inside your browser's JavaScript engine. Your URLs, Wi-Fi passwords, and contact information never leave your device.

No Persistence: Nothing is stored in localStorage, sessionStorage, or cookies. Closing or refreshing the page clears all state immediately.
